An event to mark the important milestone of finishing middle school
You're invited to a celebration honoring your student!
It has truly been a joy having them in Transit. While it’s hard to believe how quickly this season has gone, we’re so proud of them and excited for all that’s ahead as they step into high school.
We deeply believe that one of the most powerful things a student can hear is how much they are loved and believed in by their parents. At this celebration, we want to create space for you to mark this important milestone of finishing middle school—and to strengthen (or even redefine) your relationship with your student before this next chapter begins.
As part of the celebration, we’re asking each parent (or attending adult) to write a meaningful letter to your 8th grader—something they can hold onto for years to come. During the event, you’ll have the opportunity to read this letter out loud to your student.
Each student is invited to bring one to two adult guests. If a parent is unable to attend, your student is welcome to invite a trusted adult in your place. Breakfast will be provided.
