Will there be chaperones? Do parents have the opportunity to sign up to be chaperones?
The chaperones will be their small group leaders. if parents want to go they can reach out to us!
Is there a carpool plan?
Small group leaders will coordinate carpooling and communicate to you.
Are the tickets refundable if something comes up in our family?
Tickets are refundable up until August 23 when registration closes. After that, they are not.
Does the voucher include just one food/drink item? Should I sent my child with spending money for additional food/drink?
The meal/drink voucher includes one meal, a snack, and a beverage, aside from that they are welcome to bring spending money for other snacks, drinks, or souvenirs.
