Happy snow day! We are so sad that we cannot be together today, but we thought we would bring Transit to you!

As we continue our series, “I’m Fine”, all about emotions, we want to ask the question: what do you do when someone hurts you?  Our natural response is to want to get even, right? Well, we are here to tell you that there is another way. According to Paul, we are to forgive because we have been forgiven by God. So, the next time someone causes you to feel negative emotions, we want to challenge you to choose to forgive.

Emotional Health and Understanding Feelings

The feelings a middle schooler experiences can come on fast and change in the blink of an eye. As a parent, you can sometimes feel like you’re locked into a roller coaster of their emotions.

That’s why we’re starting out this new year in Transit by talking about Emotional Health and Understanding Feelings.

We love your student, and we want to help them navigate their feelings in healthy ways. Watch this video to learn how we can work together to support your middle schooler this month.
